Building on our Mud Level Detection solution, we can design, build, and install a control system for local control, remote control, and monitoring of your water management system in underground mining applications. Our unique approach minimizes physical I/O, reducing cost and panel size requirements, while adding insight to equipment health. Single or Multi-Pump systems, local HMI, cascading control between levels, and local/remote SCADA accessibility. Soft start and VFD options available. Built-in advanced diagnostics for instruments and motor control devices. Plugged and broken pipe detection, along with sump and/or tank mud level diagnostics.

Our team of skilled technicians and programmers have years of experience in designing, specifying and installing automation equipment and programs specific to mining applications for shotcrete and backfill plant retrofit or upgrade applications. OEM systems are typically lackluster and provide the bare minimums for plant operation. We are PLC system agnostic (our standard default options include Rockwell or Opto22). We have a large amount of knowledge around instruments that just plain work for these demanding applications.
