Surety Automation was launched in our minds almost 20 years ago. The dream of being responsible and dynamic owners, working directly for our customers and controlling the outcomes started early. Our name says it all and is where the idea began:

Chris served in the United States Air Force for 8 years. He attended the Electrical and Instrumentation programs at Great Basin College in Elko, NV. He worked in various surface and underground mining automation-related roles for 12 years. Chris spent the next 11 years as an instrumentation sales representative and regional manager for Emerson Automation Solutions before starting Surety Automation with Patrick.
Patrick attended the Electrical and Instrumentation programs at Great Basin College in Elko, NV. He has worked in surface and underground mining in automation-related roles in Nevada, Alaska, and Utah for 17 years. Patrick spent the next 5 years working for Emerson Automation Solutions as an instrumentation sales representative before starting Surety Automation with Chris.
